If you are ringing from a mobile you could be surcharged by your mobile operator. This depends on your mobile operator and which tariff plan you have.
We advise you to get in touch with your mobile phone provider to double check if they surcharge on calls to these numbers:
Attention:
Callers must obtain the bill payers permission before calling.
Your mobile phone provider may charge additional costs for calls to access numbers. Ask your mobile network operator for the exact costs.
Charging will start directly after the spoken tariff information, you will also be charged if the number you wish to call isn't answered or is engaged.
So please hang up if you notice the other side will not answer to avoid unnecessary costs
Programming Telediscount access numbers on your mobile:
You can program your mobile phone to call with our access numbers
directly! Either save the 08xx access code on its own in your phone book
or edit the number entries in your phone book to include the
Telediscount Accessnumber, as shown below to call automatically using
'pause dialing':
Nokia Phones:
A 'p' should appear after * has been pressed 3 times:
ie 0844 5660660 (*** will show a 'p') 001 12345678
Siemens/Panasonic Phones:
A '+' should appear after 0 has been pressed and held.
Motorola / Ericsson Phones:
A 'p' should appear after * has been pressed and held.
Slash 20% off telediscount prices by setting the most frequently used access number to be BT's "Best Friend" and others as "Friends" to get 10%. Brilliant service and it always works! Gordon
